3. By Doughy on 2009-09-10: Cleaned up code for release. Removed all functions and variables that were not in use. Added a battery monitor which causes the yellow light to blink when internal voltages are low. Cleaned up radio packet structure. User button now does not toggle the lights, instead, the header file must be edited.

1. By Doughy on 2009-09-08: Inital commit. Makefile now supports larger packets. Transmissions now start when user button is pressed. Send LED is toggle-enabled when user button is pressed, but also causes the node to immediately transmit. Groundwork laid for control variables, but not implemented.
