These tests are hard, because clickolinko does http round-trips with new links, and that really slows things down. It may be best to fire up a dummy http server on localhost and try it all from there.

* unadorned links get shortened/cached, for later comment
* thumbnailing of images now works
* ignore same-site urls, to avoid loops
* display paste-friendly shortid to hint at UI
