Fix kubernetes configure

After the previous commit on this file a sed was missing to
remove the '*' from the unit name.

Fix kubernetes configure

Not always the kubernetes environments have a unit named
kuberntes-master/0. In those cases, running ./configure will
fail as it will not find the unit to ssh.

This fixes this problem by always picking an existent (the leader)
unit.

Remove requirement to confirm machine poweron

While it makes sense to ask confirmation when shutting down
the VMs for a model, powering on does not. This is particularly
annoying when STS is a bit slow and after starting the model
and switch to other tasks, you came back later just to find
that your model still not up.

Add CA_CERT to novarc

This allows openstack commands to run without SSL errors or verbose
parameters
