tgt-boot-test: record how long the xkvm process took.

Just for logging purpose, log how long the process took and
its return value, and add '-v' (verbose) to xkvm invocation.

Do not use kvm by default if nested.

kvm is unreliable when nested (at least on intel).
This leads to tests crashing when they would otherwise pass
just more slowly.
