mount-image-callback is preferable as
 a.) it knows about fmt= flag to qemu-nbd that is necessary
 b.) it is in distro

Previously if PubkeyAuthentication was set to 'no' (very odd)
we would not have been able to get in without --password and
--password-auth.

lucid (10.04) does not support sudoers.d function, so there
we need to add the user to sudoers directly.
