The main objectives of this branch:

*Integrate a new plugin, rbpitch. See https://launchpad.net/rbpitch and http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1303297
*A patch for generating the Vala .vapi bindings for Rhythmbox using vapigen (from Michal Hruby, Daniel Hams, and Jonathan Matthew: see <https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=621246>). This makes the bindings much more complete and more accurate. Integrates well with rbpitch. (Currently dropped due to uncertainty on whether upstream will take this patch).

I will also post other patches for miscellaneous fixes I encounter along the way. Currently that just includes an Ayatana build fix; it requires GTK2.0 but it didn't include that in Makefile.am.
