reset_bus is now documented as what it is: a reliable function to reset your bus; but unreliable in getting your camera back to working. Recreating the object is the only stable solution across OSes and cameras I found

Made Mode a class. Adapting the implementation of Robert Jordens, but tweaking it here and there. This changes how Format7 is used massively. Added more tests and a new example. Added Robert to the list of contributors. Removed program_format7 function.
