Merge lp:~sinzui/juju-quickstart/all-regions into lp:juju-quickstart

Juju supports all Joyent SDCs.

Add the missing Joyent data centers.
Correct one data center name, Amsterdam is still un Europe.
Add comments pointing to where regions are defined.
