* Add support for packages with an epoch. The bot will re-use the epoch found
  in debian/changelog of the packaging branch, meaning no change needed in the
  configuration files. Remember than the get-orig-source rule must create
  tarballs without the epoch

* Add an optional per package 'upgrade_flags' allowing user flags to be
  passed to get-orig-source. This could help trigger some special code when
  doing daily builds, like changing the repository, or naming the source
  tarballs differently

* Allow per pocket tarball dir. This is needed if you have more than one
  version of the same source package (like a stable and a dev version).
  In that case, they need to be in different pockets and have different
  build_dir and tarballs_dir values (one pair could stay the default).
  Per pocket buildir dir was already possible, we do the do the right
  thing to clean that up now
