The SwitcherDetailsModeTests tests need to have the timeout setting disabled, as they're checking behavior of alt+` and down-arrow scenarios. Stop Unity UI elements from flickering. This could happen in some odd
cases where UnityScreen::damageRegion has not received the full damage
region for the frame, most likely due to the *SetEnabled() toggles.
So the fix is to tell Nux about the final, complete, set of damage just
before rendering. This ensures Nux is always told about everything it has
to redraw on every frame, rather than flickering.

A workaround fix for Alt+TAB picking up wrong window when used on a application group. The check for Quirk::ACTIVE is not valid right now due to the fact we're making the switcher window active prior to display (this is done this way to fix some other bugs). So a workaround is to save the last active window prior to this action and use this during the checks. It fixes a very annoying bug.. Fixes: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1071298.
