When generating the ubuntu bits, make sure that all the android touch 'hacks' are also executed for pd. Along with an unit test modification.

Fix delta creation during image copies. The rule that deltas are only
generated for channels that are visible in the system-image config is stupid -
make sure that by default even for this case the delta is generated for the
destination channel.
