Add the new pocket-desktop seed that is basically ubuntu-touch with a few additional packages on top. This is required for the whole ubuntu-pd initiative.

Steve requested that we have another seed created for PD. I already have the changes in the ubuntu-touch-meta source package staged, waiting for this to land (and running ./update then).

It's safer to remove Task-Seeds: from pocket-desktop, but we need to remember to include and explicit ubuntu-touch dep in the end meta package.
