0.0.1-1ubuntu1 is still incorrect as there has been no release of this package in Debian. Would 0.0.2-0ubuntu1 be ok?-) I don't claim this is a serious issue, though.

After a good night's sleep, some issues:
- No COPYING file, should be included with *GPL licenses
- cmake subdir has different copyright holders and different license.

Ok now otherwise but the COPYING files needs to be the full license, and you need to include both GPL and LGPL licenses, for example sort of like here https://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qtlocation/trees/master
