Detach prod from preprod. Redeploying production now means pulling directly from trunk. Any pre-production code should be tested in separate branches and, once tested in preprod, merged into trunk. This way we'll get rid of all the 'experimental' code in trunk. Redeploying preproduction now means pointing to a branch to branch from.

Leave the auto-merge changes alone and try to enable different distributions in the CI Train. This is hard to test locally, but we should now be able to point to non-ubuntu distributions.
