Export the process of DecorTexture pixmap binding to a seperate method.

This way we can call DecorTexture::bindTexture whenever we want to explicitly
bind/rebind the texture (needed, for instance, for a fglrx texture bug

It seems that fitting a semi-maximized window is quite different to fitting
a fullscreen window, because a fullscreen window does not have borders.
