Added in the sha1 lib that oauth depends on when dealing with SHA1 requests.

Introduce an environment variable to control debugging output. In the
presence of BINDWOOD_DEBUG, thorough debugging information will be
output in the browser's console.

Inject throrough amounts of debugging into the process in an effort to
be able to inspect the complete process of pushing, pulling, and
reacting to new bookmarks properly.

In a few cases, I also fixed some potential javascript errors (or at
least clarified things)
