- Whuups too hard clean ... root Makefile.am restored
- New scene manager instance to make an introduction menu with many options (Start, Credits, Quit ...)
- Re-orient the 'godasse' to easyly integrate it
- Link physical collision of the godasse to shoot in a proper manner
