Remove unused status symlinks/icons

Removed
- `stock_` and `gnome-` prefixed symlinks
- 12px sized icons (adjusted index.theme for this)
- Unused generic named symlinks (keys, info, important, etc)

Remove unused Actions symlinks

Removes gnome- prefixed icon symlinks and some other dated, unused symlinks.
A few old app icons that were symlinks to the removed action icons
were also removed.
