This commit implements:
1. Parameter (super) Knob can be connected to knobs of effects
2. Polishing of skin (Deere1280x1024-SXGA-Effects)

GUI changes:
1. Better circle for visualisation
2. Movement of poles/zeros using keyboard keys have higher resoluion now, giving more precise control

Backend:
1. Fixed a race condition (during closing of app before audio playback begins)
