Some corrections in bootloader gui plugin (firmware path must be standard string)
and joints slider:
- only one digit of precission for the current position to avoid the frequent resizing of the sliders
- the effort and velocity sliders start at 0 (doesn't use the measures value as initial target) - 23. By Ugo
