First attempt at having the main taco nodelet manage the nodelts.

This seems to be harder than I thought so resorted to using a fork exec, which
is not good but seems to be working.
Need to find a better way, need to learn a bit more about nodelets and post to
ros answers.

This changes the node to look at the un-registred data from the openni cammera.

Note that one of these tests fails, we are not publisher the depth images
properly due to confusion in the code over registered vs non registered clouds
from the kinect.
