donwload and extract linux-image-unsigned to get vmlinuz

The vmlinuz images in /boot can only be read by root, which means
it cannot be read during package build. Download the unsigned
kernel deb and extract it to get a copy of vmlinuz that we can
use for building the uc20 bundle.
