Commit Message

Removing creation of eth0 file now that it is not deterministic to be the ethernet device on the system

Description of the Change

This makes https://code.launchpad.net/~chipaca/snappy/no-network-left-behind/+merge/263803 the eth0 hardcoding irrelevant for now
