Removed D10specifictests hook from head/unity projects. It's outdated with the switch to saucy and should no longer be necessary.

Adjusting the ci job jenkins template and moving the successful generic-update_mp step to build section. This has few advantages:
- it is less error prone to race conditions as the ci job will only finish after the merge proposal is really updated
- with https://code.launchpad.net/~mrazik/jenkins-launchpad-plugin/stale-locks-take2/+merge/166452 it will make triggering a bit faster (it is easier/faster to check if a ci job is running than to check if a downstream job of a ci job is running)
- it will be consistent with -autolanding jobs.
