Description of the change

hg-git's i386 test is failing because of:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 builddeps:/tmp/autopkgtest.3D6MU5/2-autopkgtest-satdep.dsc:i386 : Depends: mercurial-git:i386 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I was able to reproduce the problem locally. I'd like to propose that we just force-badtest this on i386 and be done with it.
