They are run from lp:ubuntu-test-cases/server under the lxc testsuite.

several fixes

1. don't run oneiric containers any more
2. don't run cloud containers right now
3. fix lxc-execute setup (PkgSetup) - apt-get install --no-install-recommends
lxc, with update-rc.d set to do nothing, and remove the /etc/init/lxc* to
avoid errors starting up the container.
4. don't run quantal containers. Each LTS plus current devel should be enough.
