Have appmenu-qt as a Suggests rather than a Recommends, there are no
qt4 clients installed by default on the current Ubuntu image which means
there is no need to keep the integration and runtime installed

changing back to work in progress, there are other qt4 depends still on the iso and no point stop installing this one while the others are still there, if the lib are on the iso we can as well keep the integration complete
