Change all former versioned names to have no filesystem version number. Move all versioned files to a VMS directory. Intentionis tomake thefile types look like Fortran programsforprocessing that doesnot kjnow about VMS filesystemversion numbers.

Change all x.y:nnn to x.y.nnn as that is the alternate for x.y;nnn where nnn is the version number, correcting the x.y:nnn that occured on launchpad revision 1 of the file names.
