Description of the change
Improve performance,
- Verify by running with and without this patch. With this patch, there should be no delay before results are returned.
- Verify that contacts are still found after enabling/disabling accounts in pidgin
add filtering on protocol,
- Verify by expanding Filter twistie in Dash. There should be a filter for each protocol enabled.
- Verify that filters appear/disappear as the accounts are enabled/disabled in Pidgin.
- Verify that well known services (Facebook, Gtalk) are shown with special names rather than XMPP.
add (primitive) status display,
- Verify that users status types (ie. do not disturb, online, offline, away) are shown in text under their names when online.
show protocol/status icons on portraits,
- Verify that user portraits (when provided by the account and user) are stamped with the appropriate protocol and status icons.
split contacts into online/offline.
- Verify that online/offline contacts are split into different categories.
