fixed addon creation: autorun and other files now copied to ISO again

 * fixed DVD boot help and info text
 * modified the ISO generation script so it restores the sources.list and
   updates the apt db
 * modified the ISO generation script so it installs the initrd and kernel from
   the live filesystem into the DVD filesystem (so the DVD boots with the
   possibly modified kernel and initrd image) - this was primarily necessary to
   get the custom usplash image to be used during DVD boot
