Add missing runtime dependency on qtdeclarative5-accounts-plugin.

Merging manually as the jenkins CI job is busted, it installs the wrong version of the app and its dependencies (see https://code.launchpad.net/~osomon/gallery-app/missing-uoa-dep/+merge/166552).
