Added and enabled LDAP authentication in the tizard extension.

LDAP authentication plugin is not designed properly to be usable in
functional tests. The configuration is being stored in the LDAP plugin
itself at the moment. And LDAP plugin needs quite a lot of
cleanup. But now that there is a separate place for it in the
repository someone can fix it.
