  * Backport to Xenial
  * Fully resolve upstream SONAME variation between 1.7.0 and 1.8.0 (upstream
    dropped minor version from ldflags for a SONAME with major version only):
    - SONAME change: libsndio7.0 -> libsndio7 (as per above mentioned details)
    - debian/control: Add libsndio7.{0,1} transitional packages for upgrades
      - Add Breaks/Replaces libsndio7.{0,1} (<= 1.8.1-1~exp2) to libsndio7 to
        account for both possible older libsndio7.x library version names
  * debian/libsndio-dev.links: Add 8 new manpage links to sioctl_open.3
  * debian/patches/: Split 3.patch into two parts (fix dpkg-source diff error)
  * debian/rules: Add override_dh_missing with --fail-missing (compat < 13)
    - Export DEB_LDFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND = -Wl,--as-needed (older binutils)
  * debian/compat: Set compat level to 10 (Launchpad sbuild highest for Xenial)
  * debian/*.manpages: Add debian/tmp/ prefix to all paths (compat level < 11)
