Added do_sync_through_scheduler(), a method designed to be run by
OpenERP's scheduler. Additionally, work with multi-pages JSON responses.

Put back redmine fields right into project (and add a notebook tab to
edit the fields). Also, added last_redmine_sync_time and
last_redmine_sync_result which are updated at each sync.

Moved redmine URL into its own model in anticipation of it being
followed by many options later (we don't want to put them all in
project.project).

Along with that, added full fledged tree/form views for the redmine
project and added a many2one field in project.project linking to a
redmine project.
