Build miral locally instead of staging it

Xenial does not have miral and we don't want to use the overlay any more.

Some cleanup of the project and snapcraft.yaml

 - Move gnome-chess config
- specify mir-libs plug content attribute
- app should also request mir-libs plug
- remove unneeded setup/gui directory
- remove unused qt5 config file
- remove unused qml file
- simplify glue part
- snapcraft now prefers recipe to live in snap directory
