* Always compile symbols with the -g flag
* Remove webcore debug symbols due to its size
* Enable third-party translations that are already in upstream
* Update commands to get variables, and add HOST and BUILD variables
  to detect if cross-compiling
* Don't call configure-stamp from build, as it will be called from
  build-stamp
