Added Delete_Row functionality using JQuery (example in def features():) & a URL2 helper
- also shows column headers in t2.itemize() & using 'if t2.logged_in:' in controller to load differential represent variations.
- this also uses a new list_plain view to use when updating data live into a page

Make GIS controller functions consistent & reuse the 'list' & 'list_add' views where possible.
Make Map Service Catalogue buttons go to list for anonymous users & list_add for authenticated users.
Fix CSS on smaller displays causing the left-hand image to get overwritten by the menu div.
Make Markers in display functions show up as the image, not the name of the uploaded file.
