Added support for building VMWare ESXi compliant virtual machines:

 - esxi.vmx.tmpl - Template for virtual machine definition
 - flat.vmdk.tmpl - Template for virtual disk description
 - vm.py - Added a Hypervisor (VmwareEsxi, arg=esxi) utilizing the templates above to create the virtual machine.
