Created branch to fix various tray related bugs including
Bug #345278 - toggle on left mouse click
Bug #304331 - controlling right/left click on tray icon

Added functionality to control behaviour of left click on tray icon.
Configurable options are :
1) toggle show all
2) new note.

Added UI in Preferences.
Modified preferences, settings and tray files.

Add "Remove All Buttons" and "Remove Last Button" items to toolbar context menu since with INSENSITIVE buttons we cannot handle right clicks anymore

- Whitespace changed (spaces -> tabs)
