7. By Rudy Lattae on 2008-09-12: Rillpe effect of changing the location of the default config. Default config is now available right next to _init_ and _meta_. This (hopefully) gurantees discovery and should allow greater flexibility in placing subdirs based on developer's needs. Upped the version.
