Looks like the previous commit went too far. We're bringing zyx back to its intended role as a Starter Env. Took out all the inout (io) funcionality. The mime package is gone and so is the db portion of dataservices. This should keep it streamlined and light. Upped the version.

Massive changeset. These mods came about to finalize the transition of the zyx env from a simple starter env to a mover involved one. None of the more detailed functionality is loaded to begin with -- only when they are needed. We now have a ds (data services) package -- it's mainly good for file loads, simple db access is on the way. Also io (inout) package is now officially in! It provides functionality for processing incoming requests and sending out responses. The mime package is only for dumbed-down guessing of mime types from file extensions. And of course the php package was expanded. Upped the version.

Implementing a huge leap. Default config is now available right next to _init_ and _meta_. This (hopefully) gurantees discovery and should allow greater flexibility in placing subdirs based on developer's needs. Upped the version.

Adding meta file. This will provide info about the package. It would have been best to keep it external to the package but that poses a challenge to versioning and bundling.
