Now the ui package is also being used. The node (we only have one at the moment -- index) is using a ui object to provide a theme/style/layout for it's output.

Great! now we are able to use response buffers -- all is quiet on the abc front.

Done with basic io implementation. We can now grab the uri and resolve it to a node.

Added the io::out package. It provides pluggable functionality for node output -- e.g. send headers and render html page or echo data to command line.

Added the io::ui package. The ui package allows for formatting (theme, style,layout, etc.) a response for output.

Added the io::qode and io::view packages. These will allow nodes to access internal code bundles and views.

Fixed path issue in io::in. Added the io::node package. This provides a representation of a node.
