Clear hands before redealing

Usually the hands are empty as a result of play, but this isn't the case
if no one called on the previous deal.

Remove uri from preview widget, so that our handler code runs

Also some other fixes and debugging code removed. For some reason,
pressing the button doesn't take you back to the query view; you stay on
the preview. But if you hit the back arrow, you'll find that the new
query has in fact run.
