[ENH] Added utility to monitor contents of modified QAITMON file,
        that is a file containing WrkSysAct output, but converted to
        ccsid 1140, to be able to read it.
[ENH] Added the send_email example from the iSeriesPython website, correcting
        it for missing imports.
