Fix dynamic title override for multiple windows

This fixes an issue where Windows spawned after the initial one through
IPC or bindings would not update their title due to the initial window
having its title set through the CLI.

Title changes are still inhibited for additional windows when they are
spawned through `alacritty msg create-window` with the `--title` CLI
option added.

Closes #6836.

Allow mode-exclusive bindings in any mode

This patch enables binding chains that go beyond mode changes by
allowing bindings to be defined for modes they do not usually have an
effect in.

Fix hidden cursor inverting cell colors

Since the block cursor inverts the background and foreground colors of a
cell, the hidden cursor has done the same thing without rendering a
cursor since it was using the block cursor shape.

A new `Hidden` cursor style has been introduced for explicitly handling
the invisible cursor differently.

This fixes #2342.

Fix alt screen bugs

This fixes two bugs with the alternate screen buffer.

When resetting while in the alt screen, Alacritty would not swap out
the grids leading to scrollback getting disabled. By swapping out the
grids again when resetting in the alternate screen buffer, scrollback is
now unaffected from a reset.

There was another issue with the cursor jumping around when leaving the
alt screen even though it was not active, this was fixed by skipping all
alt screen swap routines unless the current state matches the expected
state.

This fixes #2145.

Remove macro use extern crates

Since the Rust 2018 edition allows importing macros directly, all uses
of `#[macro_use] extern crate` have been removed from the linux build.

The `log` and `serde` crate have been excluded from that right now,
since they are so frequently used in the codebase.

Add option for keeping log files

Since it's not unusual to spawn a lot of different terminal emulators
without restarting, Alacritty can create a ton of different log files.

To combat this problem, logfiles are now removed by default after
Alacritty has been closed. If the user wants to persist the log of a
single session, the `--persistent_logging` option can be used. For
persisting all log files, the `persistent_logging` option can be set in
the configuration file

Fix failing github releases

The manpage was incorrectly zipped up with the `-z` option, which
doesn't exist and created a 0-size file. Since Github does not accept
0-size files, this lead to the complete release deployment failing.

Changing this to use the `-c` option should fix this problem by creating
a proper non-zero size gzip file.

Add optional modifiers for url launching

It is not always desired for URLs to open automatically when clicking on
them. To resolve this a new `modifiers` field has been introduced to the
config, which allows specifying which keyboard modifiers need to be held
down to launch URLs in the specified launcher.

Since the config now has two different fields for the URL clicking
feature, the new `url` field has been added to `mouse` and the
`mouse.url_launcher` field has been moved to `mouse.url.launcher`.

Some tests have been added to make sure that the edge-cases of the URL
parsing are protected against future regressions. To make testing easier
the parsing method has been moved into the `SemanticSearch` trait. The
name of the trait has also been changed to just `Search` and it has been
moved to `src/term/mod.rs` to fit the additional functionality.

Some minor style improvements have also been made.

Disable scroll buffer for "alt" Grid

The scroll history size for the alternative grid (used by fullscreen
apps such as vim and tmux) is now forced to zero. There are two
motivations for this change:

1. According to the literature, the alt screen should not have scroll
   history.
2. Reduce memory consumption by only allocating the single scroll
   history.

In the future, it may be desirable to support a configuration option to
enable a scroll buffer for the alt screen. By launching without this
feature, we can delay a decision about whether to officially support
this or not.

Add strikeout metrics for macos

Macos doesn't provide their own strikeout metrics, so instead of using
the font metrics a fallback is used.

Since this seems to be stored separately on freetype too, there might be
a different way to get strikeout position and thickness (without CoreText)

[WIP] Add antialias option

Still a WIP because of unimplemented Linux portion.

Support has been added for font rasterization options. At this time, the
only supported option is antialias. It's a tri-state flag which can be
either ~ for "use default", true to force antialias, and false to force
disable antialias.

The options may be specified both globally and per font section. The per
font sections override global options. An example of a complex config
follows. In the example, the global value requests using default
antialias settings, and the normal face disables antialias.

    font:

      normal:
        family: monospace
        options:
          antialias: false

Finally, note that the top level font.options is used for fallback
fonts.
