testing/repo: remove symlinks from dummy charm
This changes the testing charms so that they don't have a symlink
in the source tree. For tests that want to test bundling symlinks,
we just add them on-demand in the newly created bundle dir.Coupled with the 'no-symlinks' patch, this removes all symlinks
from the source tree, allowing us to checkout lp:juju-core on

cmd/jujuc: move jujuc functionality into jujud
The actual 'main' portion of jujuc is quite small, and
the static linking nature of go means that the binary
ends up fairly large. By combining the two into a single
command, we can shrink the size of the tarball significantly.

testing/charms: Remove the series parameter
This change removes some of the symlinks in the working tree (testing/repo/*).
Following on to it, there were a bunch of apis in testing.Charms that took a
series parameter, but all callers were just passing "series" anyway.All the tests still pass, so I'm pretty happy with the changes.
