Fix weird version number.
Description of the change
According to [0], jenkins was about to release r14 as version '1.1daily13.
I assume this issue is caused by the recent(ish) change to the structure of auto-generated version numbers, so it probably just assumed that the regular version number was "1.1daily13.06.13" and then appended the bzr rev on to the end of that. So I fix that by taking that out of the changelog, so that jenkins can generate a more sensible version number instead.
