1. Setting classes are now dictionary-based to facilitate access from forthcomimg web app.
2. Dropped name attribute from many classes as this is key in associated collection classes.
3. Many collections are now descended from UniqueDict to flag attempts to re-use keys.
4. Renamed DateRange class to Period.
5. Remamed Schedule class to Plan.
6. The Schedule class is now simply a collection of temperature settings over a day.
7. Dropped Event class as no longer added value.
8. Etc.
