[r=ricardokirkner] add_device.py - added code that tests defect #930377
add_two_devices.py - now ensures that after we add two devices we can use both of them to log in
login.py - removed the 'always' tests to reside in prefs.py where it belongs
prefs.py - removed 2F flag so it will run with acceptance, added code to test #923808 & #930379
logout_deep_pages.py - removed 2F flag
devices.py - removed get_shared_module() not efficient or intuitive, rewrote views_protected.py so it would not need this function. Also added enter_otp() used in add_two_devices.py and login.py
helpers.py - added check_2f_for_url() which is used 9 times in views_protected.py, changed login() to set _LAST_EMAIL & _LAST_PASSWORD which is consistent with most other login_*() helpers
views_protected.py - was running a very inefficient version of its test that would not be able to run against Staging or Prod. Rewrote.
