* RevuLogging is the smart way to log now: it uses the logging module
  as backend and adds lineno, function and filename for everything
  more verbose then DEBUG.
* Config: added stubs to setup logging (configure logging module actually)
* README: s/sudo su postgres/sudo -u postgres bash/
* changes: do not refer to a linda class, this means that we'll always
  end up with using the linda class instead of revu's local copy
* ChangesChecker: make use of RevuLogging now
* LaunchpadInteraction: stubs for interaction with lp
